What we keep, and who sees it
What you give us. Your phone number (to sign you in), and what you put on your record: name, town, where you’ve worked, what you can do, licenses, when you’re available. Employers give us a company name, a town and a phone number.
Who sees a worker’s record. You. Employers you’ve chosen to be visible to — and they see your record without your name or number until you accept their offer. Anyone you hand a share link to, for as long as that link lasts. Nobody else.
Texts. We text you a sign-in code and offer alerts. Reply STOP to any message to stop alerts.
What we don’t do. We don’t sell your information. We don’t show anyone your individual pay. If we ever publish wage figures they are averages across many people, never one person. We don’t use AI to score or rank people.
Every view is logged and you can see who looked at you. That log is kept so that promise can be proven; it is not deleted on request, though the rest of your data is.
Where it lives. On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit.
