Your record is yours. You decide who sees it. Turning “let employers find me” off takes effect on the next search. Nothing is written to your record without you seeing it.

Employers agree to be approved by a real person before searching, to include a real hourly rate and start date in every offer, and to accept that their response time is visible. Browsing is free; a flat monthly fee applies after a first hire.

What The Quality Hire is not. We are not an employer, a staffing agency, or a background-check company. We introduce; we never place. Money for work never flows through us. We do not rank people with algorithms.

Accuracy. Workers are responsible for what they enter. Employers verify what matters to them. Records marked “self-reported” are exactly that.

Ending things. Either of us can close an account at any time. Closing yours removes your record from search immediately.
